Inside Our Board-and-Train Program
Weekly classes and short daily check-ins aren't bad training — they're just working against the clock. Six days pass between reinforcements, and a good deal of what a dog picked up on day one erodes before day seven arrives. Our board-and-train program closes that gap for Dallas dog owners, and it runs out of both our Plano and Garland, TX facilities.

Your dog stays with us for a defined stretch — 14 days is the typical length — and works through the most concentrated version of our curriculum during it. How to Get to K-9 University from Dallas
To our Plano location: From Dallas, the fastest run north is the Dallas North Tollway. Stay on the Tollway until it feeds onto Dallas Parkway in Plano, then take the exit signed for Spring Creek Parkway/Tennyson Parkway — that stretch covers about 21.8 miles and runs roughly 23 minutes. From the exit, follow W. Spring Creek Parkway another 4 miles west, about 10 minutes, and you'll arrive at our Plano facility at 3829 W. Spring Creek Pkwy #115. Figure on about 33 minutes and 26 miles total from central Dallas.
To our Garland location: From Dallas, start by getting onto I-345 — a short 2-mile leg that takes around 6 minutes. I-345 hands off to US-75 North, which you'll stay on through the N. Central Expressway corridor in Richardson for roughly 13.7 miles, or about 14 minutes, before taking exit 26. From there it's E. Campbell Road east for a final 3.1 miles, another 7 minutes or so, to our Garland facility at 3349 W. Campbell Rd. The whole drive comes to about 27 minutes and 19 miles.
