| Dear Chuck,
September 28th was the one year Anniversary for K- 9 University-Plano, my how time fly's. I would like to thank all of our customers, old and new, as well as our great employees for a wonderful first year. We couldn't do this without you!
We are finalizing our prospective new layout for the Garland location and we'll begin accepting bids sometime next week. So-far-so-good on the lease negotiations. I will keep everyone informed on our progress.
Both of our recent golf events were a huge success. Thanks to everyone that played as well as all those that volunteered. We raised about 10K dollars for each organization.This will allow them to feed and care for a lot of dogs.I will keep everyone up to speed on the next tournaments.
This year is almost over, so don't forget to make your holiday boarding reservations. Those who procrastinate might get left out. Again, thanks to everyone for a great first year in Plano, and nearly 15 years at Garland.

| Boarding Requirements
Just a quick reminder to all K-9 University customers about our boarding requirements. All dogs must be current on all shots, to include Bordetella within the past 6 month. If you have just updated your pet's shots, please bring us your receipt showing what was given or have your vet fax the records to the facility you board at, Garland- 972-414-4092 or Plano- 972- 801-9041. Owners are also responsible for providing food for their pets stay. We have food for sale at both locations, if you forget, or you can choose to pay $1.00 per day per dog for K-9 University to provide food.

| Graduation T-Shirts
K-9 University now offers all graduates a free Graduation T-shirt once you are in group. If you have already graduated, however long ago, make sure you get to a group class so you can get your free T-shirt.

| Holiday Boarding
Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner, don't get left out! If you have not booked your reservations yet, please do so as quickly as possible. We are always completely full for both holidays, at both locations.
