 Dear Chuck,
Our first Halloween Costume Contest was a big success. We had 30 dogs in costume, and one owner...thanks Grace! This year's winners were chosen by our employees. Next year we plan on having our customers vote for the winners online and want the event to be on a grander scale. With the holiday season fast approaching, don't forget that most holiday plants can be poisonous to pets. Mistletoe, Holly Berries, Lilies, and Poinsettias are a few of the many plants that can be toxic and lethal to pets. Be careful!
K-9 University and photographer Dan Sellers will be hosting pet portrait sittings at both our locations in December. Dan Sellers is an award-winning photographer whose photographs have graced many major magazine covers. We will be sending a separate email giving more details about the event as well as the dates and times.

 Grooming and Boarding Reservations
Currently we are full for Thanksgiving for boarding; however, we still have some grooming times available. Presently we are about 60% full for Christmas and New Years, so don't procrastinate, book your reservations now. You can book reservations for all our services through our website or by telephone. The Garland location phone number is 972-530-7077, the Plano number is 972-801-9090. If booking online, please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice before your reservation is confirmed. The only exception is day care, which we need 24 hour notice. Once we receive your online reservation request, we will email you a confirmation number and give you notice of any shots that we show as due.
