 Dear Chuck,
This month is a very special month for K-9 University and several of its employees. June 15, 2007 marks the start of our 15th year in business, as well as my 11th wedding anniversary. It's hard to believe its been that long, it feels as though it was just yesterday when Andra, Karen and I were looking at several potential locations for our Garland store...my how time fly's. June 18th is Andra's anniversary at K-9 as well, 14 years! Andra has and continues to play a huge roll in the development, advancement and overall progress of K-9 University. Way to go Andra!
The planned finish date for our Garland remodel is June 30, 2007. It's looking great! The kennel and all the new kennel runs were installed and completed before Memorial Day and we are at full capacity. We are starting to organize and decorate and hope to have the rubber flooring in for the lobby and hallways by the end of next week. After that some major cleaning (lots of dust from the construction) and we are ready to go!

I want to personally thank everyone for their continued support and referrals. Remember our motto " we can't fix what we don't know" please keep all your suggestions, comments, concerns or praises coming. We need to hear them.

Andra's 14 Year Anniversary
 Not many companies are lucky enough to have loyalty and commitment from Managers like we have received from Andra. She has played a huge roll in our success and will soon be moving into a Sales and Promotions role later this year. Andra has become the "face" of K-9. Thank you for all your dedication and all the hard work you have put in over the years making K-9 University a leader in the industry. |

K-9 University has just completed our first Customer Satisfaction Survey and we intend to send it out shortly after this month's newsletter. I plan to incorporate more survey's in the near future so we can receive your valuable comments. Please take the survey's, we value your opinions!
