 Dear Chuck,
I would like to thank everyone that took the time to participate in our first Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are in the process of analyzing the results, as well as all your suggestions; and will let you know of any changes implemented as a result of your input. Remember you can always email me your comments or concerns to chuck@k-9.com .
Since we have had positive interest and feedback in our 90-day unlimited day care package we have added it to our permanent packages. To let everyone know this package costs $600.00 and gives your dog unlimited access to day care, six days a week, for 90 calendar days from the date purchased. This package is designed for dogs that participate in day care a minimum of 4 days per week.
Lastly, we are 99% complete with the Garland remodel and are very pleased and proud. This remodel has been a long time coming and will allow us to stay uniform amongst our locations. We also are in the infancy stage of trying to decide where we should open our third location; our thoughts are either Frisco, Dallas area (Uptown, Highland Park, University Park), or the South Lake area. If you have any thoughts or suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
If you are in the Garland area please stop in so we can show off the new look.

Casino Night Extravaganza
I would like to invite everyone to the Dalmatian and Weimaraner Rescue's Annual Casino Night Extravaganza Saturday, July 21, 2007. The event runs from 7-11:00 PM and will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 Spring Creek Pkwy., Plano Texas. The cost is $35 per player and includes admission, two drink tickets, appetizers and $2,000 of funny money. Players will be able to buy prizes at the end of the evening with their winnings and they will also have a silent auction. |
On-Line Reservation
Just a quick reminder that you can book reservations for all our services through our website or by telephone. The Garland location phone number is 972-530-7077, the Plano number is 972-801-9090. If booking on-line, please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice before your reservation is confirmed. The only exception is day care, which we need 24 hour notice. Once we receive your on-line reservation request we will email you a confirmation number and give you notice of any shots that we show as due.
